### Healthcare Cold Caller / Appointment Setter Location: Permanent Remote We are seeking a confident and results-driven Healthcare Cold Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent, strong phone presence, and experience speaking with healthcare providers or medical offices. **This role is open to candidates located in developing countries in Asia and Latin America only.** ### Responsibilities * Call healthcare providers and medical offices from an assigned Excel spreadsheet/database of doctors * Work closely with the sales team to help formulate and improve call scripts * Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities * Accurately document call notes, updates, and follow-ups in Salesforce * Transfer qualified accounts and opportunities to the Sales Manager * Maintain professionalism and strong communication during all outbound calls * Meet daily and weekly call and lead qualification targets **Requirements** * Strong spoken and written English skills with a professional American accent * Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or healthcare outreach experience preferred * Comfortable speaking with doctors’ offices and healthcare professionals * Experience using Excel and Salesforce required * Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare sales, medical staffing, medical devices, or healthcare services * Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone * Female VA preferred ### Application Note _Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
