Must Have

One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience, High school graduation or equivalent

What You'll Do.

and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications

Respond to patient and family inquiries

Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized unit environment

Work closely with the charge RN to help manage patient flow

prioritize unit needs

and coordinate admits

Prepare and compile discharge packets

Coordinate transportation and appropriate paperwork for patient transfers and diagnostic testing

Handle unit paperwork

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and restock as needed

Utilize computer systems such as Epic

and Outlook for communication

Partner with all members of the care team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
