Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, One year of experience in a customer service-related role, Prior job experience with typing or computer training or equivalent coursework
Nice to Have
Microsoft Office experience
What You'll Do.
Perform administrative and clerical duties
Conduct an in-person greeting and welcome patients
Communicate with patients
Assist with processing patient admissions
transfers and discharges
Provide concierge service to assist patients and families
Assemble and maintain patient medical records
Troubleshoot equipment
Respond to patient call lights
Keep nursing stations clean and organized
Complete mandatory education and training
