Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Provide economic tools
and validate health economic models
Produce economic content and HTA components for submissions
Support affiliate value narrative with economic evidence
Embed HTA thinking in launch planning
Monitor Saudi HTA environment
Provide economic modeling for early access initiatives
Engage with payer health economists
Champion integration of real-world evidence
Design and deliver capability-building program
Establish structured curriculum
Lead rollout of payer engagement excellence programs
Identify capability gaps
Mentor PRA colleagues and KAMs
Define and track capability KPIs
Foster culture of continuous learning
Serve as subject-matter expert
Represent Lilly in external HTA forums
Partner with Global and International HEOR teams
Contribute to environmental shaping agenda
