Provides information and directions to locations throughout the hospital for patients and guests. * Provides patient information in compliance with the HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies. * Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern. * Receives guest suggestions, complaints and escalates through proper channels. **_MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS_** * Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience. **WORK SHIFT:** Variable Hours (United States of America) **LCMC Health is a community.** Our people make health happen.
