This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in HSE performance. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Program Management & Compliance** Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and update programs accordingly to maintain full compliance. **Risk Assessment & Mitigation** Perform comprehensive risk assessments and job hazard analyses across all operational areas. Identify potential hazards and develop effective control measures.
