Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HSE management experience, Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations, Comprehensive understanding of EPA requirements, Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, Proficiency in incident investigation techniques, Proficiency in safety management systems, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in HSE management software systems, Ability to manage multiple priorities

This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in HSE performance. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Program Management & Compliance** Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and update programs accordingly to maintain full compliance. **Risk Assessment & Mitigation** Perform comprehensive risk assessments and job hazard analyses across all operational areas. Identify potential hazards and develop effective control measures. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. **Training & Development** Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels. Ensure all personnel receive appropriate safety orientation, job-specific training, and ongoing education.
