What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Demonstrated advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Pronto and HSE management systems and an aptitude for learning new software and systems, Excellent attention to detail, Highly organised, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal, Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

Nice to Have

Certificate IV Work Health and Safety desirable but not essential, Certificate in Business Administration, or equivalent desirable but not essential

What You'll Do.

Provide on-site administrative support including the preparation of correspondence

travel arrangements and other company tasks.

Environment and Training administration

including record keeping

Assist the HSE Manager in preparing reports and maintaining records to support audits

Raising purchase orders for HSE related works and supporting cost management processes.

Provide administrative support for HSE systems

including creating and maintaining tools for inspections

and other activities.

Prepare reports and provide administrative support to track performance indicators and follow-up actions.

Update and maintain site HSE notice boards with current and relevant information.

Provide administrative support for HSE meetings

as well as scribing during risk assessments.

Arrange travel and accommodation for the HSE team and contractors and assist with site entry requirements for HSE contractors.

Maintain records and filing systems

ensuring secure and organised storage of sensitive information.

Assist in organising workshops

team building activities

or HSE events as required.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Provide administrative support for HSE meetings, including scheduling, minute taking, and action tracking, as well as scribing during risk assessments.; Assist the HSE Manager in preparing reports and maintaining records to support audits, inspections, and investigations.
