Must Have
Safety advisory mining experience, Certificate 4 in Work, Health, and Safety, Cert 4 Training and Assessment, Incident investigation qualification, Knowledge of statutory requirements, Lead Auditor qualification
What You'll Do.
Provide support to Health and Safety Superintendent
Provide Workplace Health and Safety advice
Support implementation of legislated requirements
Support operational line supervision
Support contractor partners
Build safety leadership capabilities
Build behaviour capabilities
Participate in risk management processes
Facilitate risk management processes
Support risk reduction processes
Support roll out of HS initiatives
Support training programs
Support coaching programs
Coach line supervisors
Support line supervisors
Influence line supervisors
Utilise safety standards
Coordinate incident investigations
Support incident investigations
Develop corrective actions
Lead site health investigations
Moderate incident data quality
Contribute to development of Representatives
Provide support to Emergency Response services
