Graduate of health record program, Active CHIMA membership, Minimum five years DAD/NACRS coding, ICD-10/CCI knowledge, CIHI coding standards knowledge, Computerized abstracting WINRECS, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in CIHI coding queries, Proficiency in Meditech, Proficiency in EPIC, Proficiency in eHIM, Understanding of CMG (Complexity), Apply data quality practices, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent data interpretation skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent critical thinking skills, Demonstrate Osler's Values, Excellent attendance, Excellent punctuality, Excellent work record, Willing/able to work from home
