**TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE LEAD - RURAL HEALTH PROGRAM** **You are required to live in New Mexico to be considered for this role.** Leads development and delivery of strategic and operational Technical Assistance services supporting rural healthcare providers. Oversees provider assessments, operational improvement initiatives, sustainability planning, implementation support, workforce stabilization efforts, and provider engagement strategies. Coordinates Technical Assistance specialists and subject matter experts supporting clinical operations, patient workflow optimization, revenue cycle improvement, payer contracting, staffing models, financial sustainability, and operational transformation activities. Supports development and implementation of provider-specific workplans, sustainability plans, and measurable outcome metrics. Up to 25% travel may be required. **Basic Qualifications:** * Master’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field preferred. * Minimum 10 years of healthcare consulting, operational improvement, rural health support, or technical assistance experience. * Demonstrated experience supporting rural hospitals, FQHCs, tribal health organizations, or safety-net providers.
