Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Bachelor's degree in Health & Wellness-related field, Experience working with youth, Experience working with adolescent populations, 1+ years of experience managing employees, 1+ years of experience managing a team, Knowledgeable about nutrition, Knowledgeable about physical fitness, Knowledgeable about wellness concepts, Familiar with emotional aspects of healthy lifestyle, Familiar with social aspects of healthy lifestyle, Familiar with mental aspects of healthy lifestyle, Familiar with safety of individuals, Familiar with overall well-being of individuals, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to work on a team, Ability to work individually, Comfortable working with outside community organizations, Comfortable working with contracted program providers, Awareness of cultural characteristics of populations served, Awareness of socioeconomic characteristics of populations served, Sensitivity to cultural characteristics of populations served, Sensitivity to socioeconomic characteristics of populations served, Able to work flexible hours, Able to perform extensive fieldwork

Nice to Have

Experience working with underserved communities, Supervisory experience, Master's degree in Nutrition, Master's degree in Recreation, Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Master's degree in related field

What You'll Do.

Implement Healthy Harlem programs

Manage Healthy Harlem programs

Deliver nutrition education programming

Deliver physical activity programming

Deliver parent programming

Deliver behavior modification programming

Hire staff implementing Healthy Harlem programs

Manage staff implementing Healthy Harlem programs

Partner with site staff

Coordinate with site staff

Ensure accurate tracking data

Ensure accurate evaluation data

Provide case management support

Engage site staff in healthy practices

Train site staff in healthy practices

Attend trainings with Health Coordinators

Establish collaborations with community organizations

Maintain collaborations with community organizations

Establish collaborations with schools

Maintain collaborations with schools

Establish collaborations with parents

Maintain collaborations with parents

Support Site Director with tracking

Support Site Director with assessing programs

Perform other duties as assigned
