Residence within Eastern or Central Time Zone, 3-5 years clinical/practice experience, Experience supporting Managed Care and Medicare populations, 1-3 years Microsoft Office experience, Reliable hardwired internet connection

Nice to Have

Active healthcare licensure or certification, 5 years clinical/practice experience, Telephonic coaching experience, Patient education experience, Case management experience, Computer proficiency, Ability to work independently, Time management skills, Organizational skills, Excellent analytical abilities, Problem solving abilities, Critical thinking abilities, Bilingual skills are a plus, Experience with motivational interviewing, Experience with active listening

Outreach to pharmacies
