Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree (B. A. ) from a four-year college or or one to two years related experience and/or training, Supervisory experience in a health or clinical health care settings, Electronic health records (EHR) experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
Reproductive Health Services Clinic, hospital or other related clinical setting, and a minimum of three years supervisory experience preferred., Experience with high-volume transaction medical or clinical practice environments in which customer service and satisfaction are priorities., Epic EHR experience
What You'll Do.
Site manager for a health center providing sexual and reproductive health care and gender affirming care.
Monitor clinic flow and maximize efficiencies and productivity.
Integrate front office operations with patient service areas.
Ensure accurate completion of clinic visit records and coordinate documentation.
Initiate and implement new processes and services.
Assure staff and company compliance with all local
state and federal laws and regulations relating to family planning services.
Complete monthly chart audits and send to the Senior Director of Quality and Risk Management.
Ensure the Director and appropriate Risk Management and Medical Management teams are aware of potential Incident and/or Occurrence Reports.
Achieve clinic goals and objectives including financial
customer service and productivity.
evaluate and terminate family planning and administrative staff.
Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage in all clinic areas.
Perform multiple clinic functions in case of staffing shortages.
Ensure staff is adequately trained according to PPFA and PPGP guidelines.
Work proactively to minimize patient wait time.
Ensure the highest level of Customer Service by regularly monitoring and measuring outcomes.
Respond to questions from patients and insurance companies regarding patient visits and billing.
Respond to patient/client concerns and take remedial action when appropriate.
Verify patient insurance benefits and assist with filing and processing.
Assess and address patient complaints and provide appropriate referrals.
Oversee cash handling protocol
clinic closing and deposits
ensuring accuracy for daily deposits.
Generate end of month reports.
Ensure appropriate maintenance of the clinic and facility.
Monitor inventory of clinic supplies and medications and order as needed.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and high staff morale.
Effectively model positive customer services and be responsive to client’s needs and concerns.
Work with the Vice President of Health Services to maximize revenue and Family Planning visits to ensure productivity standards are met.
Analyze monthly financial reports and Family Planning statistical data along with the Vice President of Health Services.
Handle general information calls and other duties as assigned.
