Support all clients in maintaining their quality of life as they transition through their health care journey; Deliver quality care & safety to residents & clients

Physically capable of managing the frequent lifting, transferring and repositioning of clients, Must provide a suitable police records check and vulnerable sector screen, May need to provide immunization records for positions in certain environments
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program, Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, Physically capable of managing the frequent lifting, transferring and repositioning of clients, Active and current registration with CLHA
Nice to Have
Related experience in a health care facility, Program specific training/experience
What You'll Do.
Provides ongoing client care
monitors and reports on client status/condition including changes in physical and emotional status
Ensures that changes in client status are reported to the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Delivers prescribed medications accurately as per policy and procedure
Maintains professional and ethical standards at all times
Responsible for other related duties as required
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Regulated member of the interprofessional health care team; Reports to the Director of Care; Reports changes in client status to the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
