What You'll Do.
Deliver impactful solutions for organizations
Work in a collaborative environment
Support clients in financial and strategic management
Perform calculations for employee benefit plans
Price plan design changes
Prepare future cost projections
Develop project management skills
Develop consulting skills
Manage quality and timeliness of client deliverables
Participate in client calls and meetings
Assist with client-friendly communications
Develop deeper understanding of Health and Benefits products
Develop deeper understanding of vendor/carrier markets
Develop deeper understanding of basic underwriting skills
Develop deeper understanding of budget-setting
Develop deeper understanding of rate-setting
Develop deeper understanding of evaluation
Perform works related to actuarial valuation
Provide accurate and timely data and financial analysis
Validate and compare premiums for group benefit plans
Produce quarterly experience monitoring reports
Analyze financial statements of group insurance plans
Review financial agreement
Analyze cost drivers by reviewing utilization data
Analyze year-over-year trends
Perform analyses for complex clients
Perform technical reviews
Gather necessary data from vendor
Prepare data in template or format
Develop recommendations and reporting for clients
