Work in Belgium, Hybrid work model, Be in local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, Full team will be together in person on at least one 'anchor day' per week
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience providing Health and Safety advice and guidance to colleagues at all levels, Contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective risk strategies and health and safety management systems across multiple European countries, in a multi-site organization, Fluency in French, Dutch and English, Able to analyze complex problems and apply structured, logical planning to deliver practical solutions, Demonstrates oral, written, and interpersonal skills necessary to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, Self-motivated and organized team player, capable of managing multiple priorities within defined timeframes, Possesses competent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and EU directives, procedures, and techniques to a recognised academic level, Solid understanding of, and practical experience with, the application of structured Health and Safety management systems, IT literate and proficient in current standard Microsoft desktop applications

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Operate as an integrated member of the Global H&S team; Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager (UK & Europe); Work with talented colleagues; Represent the department and company across various meetings, committees, working groups, project teams and other forums both internally and externally; Problem-solving typically demands consideration of multiple factors, departments, or specialities, as well as processes
Communication Scope
Oral skills; Written skills; Interpersonal skills necessary to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
