What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR services, benefits administration, healthcare, or consulting, Proven success selling complex, multi-service solutions to enterprise or large mid-market clients, understanding of health and welfare benefits, ACA compliance, and/or HR outsourcing solutions, Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior decision-makers, Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. , Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices

Nice to Have

Experience selling benefits administration or HR technology platforms, Background in consulting-led or solution-based sales environments, Knowledge of Alight's service offerings or similar industry solutions, Experience working with brokers, consultants, or benefits advisors

Driving new business and expanding existing client relationships for Alight's Health Administration solutions

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned territories or industries
