Eligibility Requirements

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements, Ability to handle small, delicate electronic components, Ability to visually inspect components and assemblies, Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs, Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels, Ability and willingness to comply with all ESD controls

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED, Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks, hand-eye coordination, Ability to follow written and visual instructions, Basic math skills, Reliable attendance and punctuality, Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

Nice to Have

Electronics or manufacturing assembly experience, Experience with small components or soldering, Familiarity with production environments, Photonics course certificates/degree programs and or enrollment

What You'll Do.

Assemble FPV headset components

Perform repetitive assembly tasks

Inspect individual parts and finished products

Use hand tools and testing equipment

Meet daily production schedules

Document completed work

Escalate quality concerns
