Die Position verbindet tiefes Prozessverständnis mit methodischer Kompetenz im Lean Management. Sie bietet die Möglichkeit, durch datenbasierte Analysen und praxisnahe Verbesserungsprojekte direkt messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Der Beitrag ist sowohl operativ sichtbar als auch strategisch wirksam, da er die Basis für eine leistungsstarke und lernende Organisation schafft. * Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von World Class Operations am Standort * Leitung und Priorisierung von Verbesserungsprojekten mit messbarem Nutzen * Unterstützung der Teams in Lean-Methoden, strukturiertem Problemlösen und täglichem SQDC-Performance-Management * Förderung einer starken kontinuierlichen Verbesserungs- und Sicherheitskultur * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Produktion und Qualität ## Qualifications * Bodenständige, praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke und Präsenz am GEMBA * Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden (z. B. Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving) * Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und datenbasierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke, Emphatisch und Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte auf allen Ebenen zu überzeugen (Deutsch & Englisch)
