3+ years of sommelier experience in a luxury hotel, fine‑dining, or Michelin‑level restaurant, A high level of wine knowledge, including an extensive understanding of wine making process, main wineries and wine regions, Certified Sommelier qualification, understanding of food-and-wine pairing principles, Proficiency in using the Micros Operating System, Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, a can-do approach to any request, Inspiring, hands‑on leader with communication and coaching abilities, Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
