Must Have
Bachelor +4/5 in economics, management, finance, or banking, 6–8 years of experience in microfinance or banking, Solid experience in operations management and/or commercial activities (microfinanceanking), Excellent command of English (spoken and written), Knowledge of standard software and microfinanceanking operations management applications (credit/savings), Proven ability to build and manage a team, Ability to analyze, synthesize, and leverage economic and commercial performance indicators, Excellent knowledge of microfinance regulations in Ghana, Christian values, Attention to detail, Proactivity, Ability to work under pressure, Rigor in following procedures, Demanding in controls

What You'll Do.
Assist CEO in developing Business Plan
Provide leadership in integration with World Vision
Ensure review and update of credit policies
Ensure Institution remains competitive
Ensure performance targets are met
Coordinate network development
Monitor branch activities
Ensure efficiency of network activities
Safeguard credit portfolio quality
Contribute to product design
Ensure field staff are trained
Consolidate and analyse financial reports
Take action to keep indicators within limits
Ensure systematic follow-up on issues
Submit regular and timely reports
Be involved in spiritual activities
