What you'll be doing As our Head of Wealth Operations, you’ll play a key role in operationalizing and scaling the delivery of our B2B wealth coaching service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and growth. This is an opportunity to lead within a high-growth, constantly evolving environment – a challenge perfectly suited for an executive ready to navigate and shape change at scale and contribute to something bigger. In this role, embodying ownership and a commitment to craving impact, you will be expected to deliver significant results by: - Operationalize the channel - Design, implement, and continuously improve the processes, workflows, and tools that enable our team of financial coaches to deliver high-quality coaching at scale. - Build and lead the team - Hire, onboard, train, and manage a growing team of financial coaches and trainers. Define the training model and build internal capabilities to reduce dependency on external providers. - Own operational KPIs - Define and monitor the metrics that matter — NPS, number of coachings delivered, team capacity, and productivity. - Ensure service quality - Transla
