Having built a robust, scalable infrastructure to store and surface this data, we're now ready to take the next step: offering it to other industry stakeholders who can use it to improve the market and unlock new efficiencies. Who we're looking for We're looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to own and drive this new initiative from the ground up. This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook — it's for someone who writes them. You'll lead the entire data product lifecycle: from productisation and pricing through to sales and team-building. You'll be the first mover on a genuinely differentiated opportunity, backed by exceptional data infrastructure and industry-unique datasets. You have : - Experience designing and delivering data products at scale in the accommodation or travel industry - A proven track record in sales — including prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing post-sales relationships - Leadership experience to grow the initial momentum into a scalable, standalone business unit What you'll do - Identify the data products we can build and the customer segments best positioned to benefit from them - Design pricing and commercialisation models that create genuine value for buyers and for Vio - Build the sales pipeline from scratch — and close the first deals yourself - Hire and develop a team to scale the business once traction is established Who you are - A travel industry veteran with deep experience in revenue management
