As Head of User Acquisition, you will lead a high-performance department delivering UA-as-a-Service to all our product teams. You will centralize operations, drive efficiencies, and establish a unified strategy across all paid traffic channels. You will also mentor and manage a distributed team of expert UA Managers across our portfolio, while acting as the key strategic and operational bridge between product, creative, and analytics. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives on scale, complexity, and data-driven execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and lead the centralized User Acquisition Department servicing multiple subscription products - Define and own the overall UA strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) - Develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing frameworks, and reporting systems - Design UA OKRs/KPIs for both department-wide success and individual team members - Manage and mentor a team of cross-platform UA Managers embedded in different product teams - Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes across the UA function - Create a high-talent-density culture that fosters performance, collaboration, and growth - Oversee large-scale budget management across all platforms and products, ensuring efficient CAC and positive ROAS - Develop and implement strategic growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios, retention, onboarding conversion, and ARPU - Partner with data s
