Must Have
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering role-based training, Hands-on familiarity with SAP process domains, Demonstrable ability to stand up and scale digital adoption platforms, Experience applying AI/ML in learning, Solid command of learning experience platforms, Proficiency in establishing KPIs/OKRs, Leadership of distributed training/change networks, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Extensive ERP transformation experience, Track record leading global training for S/4HANA or large SAP programs, Advanced degree or MBA
