What They're Looking For.

Must Have

12–15+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies, Leading Total Rewards through rapid scaling and major inflection points (ideally pre-IPO to post-IPO), Set strategy, built the function, and operated it in the real world, Deep expertise in compensation strategy and philosophy, Designed job architecture, leveling, market positioning, and equity programs, Proven track record building and leading Total Rewards orgs that scale, International experience designing and operating comp, benefits, and mobility programs across multiple regions, Executive presence with substance, Business and financial acumen, Owned or deeply influenced large budgets, Built multi-year comp models, Made tradeoffs that balance cost, competitiveness, and retention, Built teams that act as strategic partners to the business, Ability to be hands-on when needed, Sound judgment in ambiguity

Build and lead a high-performing Total Rewards team

including budgeting with Finance and calibration across orgs

Scale benefits globally

balancing local needs

Design international comp and mobility programs (Japan

Advise leadership and the Board on executive comp

Partner with Finance on budgeting

and long-term planning for comp and benefits
