Manage HRIS and payroll systems
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
Partner with leadership on organizational development
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Analyze HR data and provide insights
Drive continuous improvement in HR operations
