Must Have
5+ years people management, Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, 10+ years digital user experience, web/mobile development, or digital product management, Proven track record driving business impact through website optimization and digital transformation, Technical acumen with understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and digital infrastructure
Nice to Have
Experience leading across multiple locales, MBA or Advanced degree, Experience in fast-paced, high-tech company, Experience with end-to-end project management, Track record leading transformational website projects with measurable business results, Experience with personalization, AI/ML applications in digital marketing, Experience with marketing automation, International or global website management experience
