Must Have
Deep UPI expertise, 10+ years in backend/platform engineering, 3+ years in senior technical leadership, Owned platform-level systems, Track record building high-throughput distributed systems on microservices architectures, Hands-on AWS (or equivalent), Experience with payment gateways, Experience with financial reconciliation, Startup-ready
Nice to Have
Experience with prepaid instruments, Experience with gift card ecosystems, Fintech compliance in India, Background in consumer-tech platforms, Familiarity with analytics instrumentation
