You’ll own the strategy and execution for hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design — developing the team, elevating our processes, and ensuring we consistently bring in exceptional talent as we grow. This is a people leadership role. You’ll manage and mentor a team of technical recruiters, set the direction for how we hire, and partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to build the org they need. You’ll be the connective tissue between our talent strategy and our business goals.
