What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years programme management experience in an international development organization, Demonstrated experience in programme or project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing, strategic and operational planning skills, ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks, Ability to analyse and solve problems, innovate, persuade, network, negotiate, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work gracefully under pressure, Master's Degree in international development or relevant social science, or similar disciplines, Critical thinking, Creative and innovative thinking, facilitation skills, Understanding of research, advocacy, knowledge management, Have at least one sectoral program expertise
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in Laos or SE Asia, experience working in World Vision
What You'll Do.
Develop Technical Programs as per Country Strategy
Ensure timely availability of contextualized programme models
Ensure technical programme staff are adequately equipped
Support technical staff to strengthen Pathways of Change
Ensure leads conduct periodic analysis of Child Well Being results
support the development of Technical Programme progress reports
Actively engage periodic audits
Monitor the external and internal strategic landscape
make timely recommendations to the Program
Operations and Impact team
Ensure technical leads proactively engage external stakeholders
Strengthen learning and research
ND in representing WV Laos
Engage with Regional Office
Global Centre and Support Offices
Be an effective spokesperson and representative for WV Laos Advocacy agenda
Contribute to develop National Strategy
Ensure that effective
well aligned Country Strategy implementation plans are in place
Ensure that processes of periodic review and reflection of strategy implementation is in place
Ensure a supportive and learning environment for the technical staff
Support the professional development of technical staff
Ensure and effective collaboration among technical staff
Encourage the appropriate expression of WV’s organizational identity

Work with product team; Engage external stakeholders; Engage with Regional Office; Global Centre and Support Offices; Ensure effective collaboration among technical staff; Field Operations; MEAL; Resource Development; other relevant departments
