SUMMARY Wiz is looking for a Head of Technical Program Management to join our Office of the CISO and CIO team. In this critical leadership role, you will act as both a strategic people manager and a senior execution leader, driving the delivery of complex, cross-functional security and technology initiatives. Reporting to the CISO / CIO, you will partner closely with leaders within the CISO / CIO team, and across key Wiz functions such as Engineering, Product, Legal, and Go-to-Market. As a "player-coach," you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a world-class team of Technical Program Managers while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to lead high-stakes programs yourself.
