Must Have
10+ years of experience establishing and leading large, complex, cross-organizational initiatives within security engineering, security operations, and technology, Proven experience working effectively as a bridge between security and engineering-focused teams, Ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse, globally distributed, and international teams, Hands-on experience leading programs in security engineering domains, Hands-on experience leading programs in technology (such as vendor portfolio management, budgeting, and effective adoption of AI solutions), Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as the executive point of contact for major security and technology programs, Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship
