What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–15 years in strategic partnerships, Proven ability to originate and close hardware partnership deals, Deep understanding of data center economics, Experience leading technical partnership processes, Credible across technical and commercial conversations, Experience building a partner motion from scratch
Nice to Have
Direct relationships with BD/partnerships teams, Experience with AI inference infrastructure, Experience managing partnerships with chip vendors, Familiarity with multi-vendor procurement, Experience supporting commercial agreements

Own strategic relationships across hardware ecosystem
Serve as primary commercial counterpart
Build joint partner roadmaps
Identify ecosystem trends
and negotiate agreements
Partner with engineering to run technical evaluations
Translate results into commercial positioning
Coordinate across stakeholders to advance partnerships
