What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years’ experience in the SOX / Technology risk and controls space, Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, Proven experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role leading platforms and services security in a large, global organization, demonstrable expertise in SOX and other relevant cybersecurity and technology risk frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT), Consistent record in working with senior leadership and external stakeholders to influence security outcomes
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or similar) are highly desirable, Familiarity with the gambling or financial services industry is a plus

Oversee remediation of control gaps
Drive education with control owners
Oversee development of risk management strategy
Lead team to maintain view of cyber control environment
Drive advanced approaches to risk posture
Develop risk assessment methodologies
Present IT risk posture to leadership
Engage with stakeholders for strategic insights
Represent organization with regulators
Prepare materials for the Board
Develop culture of accountability
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Finance, Internal Audit, External Audit; Partner with Global Cyber GRC, Enterprise Risk, Insurance; Partner with all technology leaders; Influence and work with brand-based colleagues; Build and maintain effective collaborations with compliance functions; Influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior and executive levels
Communication Scope
Influencing and communication skills; Effectively interact with senior executives and technical teams

Handling complex projects, Supervise multiple projects simultaneously
