What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in airline operations or frontline aviation roles, Proven track record in solution ownership, portfolio leadership and senior stakeholder collaboration, Ability to combine operational insight with strategic thinking, co-operation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment, Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and work with diverse teams, Experience in people leadership and the ability to set direction, support prioritisation and drive performance
Nice to Have
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. information technology, engineering, business)
