SE attach rate and win rate across NAMER; revenue per SE and ARR influenced by sales cycle acceleration; SE ramp time and time to first; retention, engagement, and and the quality and consistency of the Sales-Solutions partnership across all AMER segments

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting in SaaS, at least 5 years in a people leadership role, Proven track record leading SE teams across multiple segments, Deep experience partnering with Sales leadership at the VP and Director level, Demonstrated ability to build operational systems that make Solutions impact measurable and repeatable, Must be authorized to work in the U. S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship, Responsible for protecting Vanta and customer data in how your team operates and delivers results
Nice to Have
spanning both high-velocity SMB/Growth motions and complex Enterprise deals, Background in GRC, compliance, security, or identity is a plus, comparable tenure and scope of experience is expected, Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact

and retain top technical talent
Be a true partner to the AMER GTM Leadership
Partner with segment Sales and Account Management Directors
Work closely with Product
Align with Customer Success
Represent NAMER Solutions in global leadership forums
Own the SE scorecard and operating cadence for AMER
Drive consistent logging and data hygiene
Define and maintain clear rules of engagement
Contribute to Vanta's Global Solutions COE
Seek to design and build with AI
