What They're Looking For.

Must Have

12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting in SaaS, at least 5 years in a people leadership role, Proven track record leading SE teams across multiple segments, Deep experience partnering with Sales leadership at the VP and Director level, Demonstrated ability to build operational systems that make Solutions impact measurable and repeatable, Must be authorized to work in the U. S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship, Responsible for protecting Vanta and customer data in how your team operates and delivers results

Vanta's Solutions Engineering team sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success — translating deep technical knowledge into business value for prospects and customers. We operate with speed and precision, with a customer-first mindset that makes the difference in complex evaluations and competitive deals. You'll work alongside GTM leaders who are deeply invested in the Solutions partnership and a global Solutions leadership team that raises the bar every quarter. As the regional head for AMER, you'll own the SE motion across every segment — from Early Stage through Strategic — balancing hands-on leadership with the strategic vision needed to build repeatable best practices and scale a world-class team.
