What You'll Do.
Be responsible for 24/7 performance of Level 1 operating unit
Monitor & review performance of Shift Team with each PCU Shift Lead on a regular basis
and monthly prioritization and escalation decisions based on data collected from performance monitoring systems
Escalate to the department lead or support resources (e. g.
HSE) in a timely manner
Supervise and manage daily solid manufacturing operations
ensuring compliance with production schedules and GMP standards.
Ensure consistent planning
running and improvement of the Level 1 operating unit
by providing leadership and ensuring adherence to operating standards of all Shift Teams
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure the quality
and efficacy of products
and develop manufacturing staff
promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to address any quality issues and manufacturing machine downtime.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
