What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience in transformation and change management, Key transactional core systems minimum knowledge (SAP, LIMS, MES, VeeVa Vault, Kinaxis), Knowledge of SMS operating standards (certification) & main Operational Excellence techniques (e.g., GPS3, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, CI, etc.), Understand finance P&L monitoring, BOI, GM, COGs, cash flow, …, Good understanding of data management & IA digital products embedded into the SMS operating standards (e.g. eOEE, FaCT, iOBeya, …), Ability to federate all site functions through relying on communication skills, Ability to connect Master Data and Site Performance, Direct and Transversal management capability

What You'll Do.

Being the OPEX representative (Business Partner) in Department / APU-PCU / Function

Supporting execution of performance initiatives including the Continuous Improvement project portfolio defined at APU-PCU level

deployment of operating standards as codified in the respective ecosystems

Leading problem-solving session leveraging existing SMS tools as GPS3

Being the OPEX method and training referent for his/her area and supporting M&S network

Driving performance & transformation initiatives (e.g.

Contributing to the development of operating standards in close partnership with dedicated ecosystem leaders and supporting M&S network

Responsible of Master Data Management Process application at site level

as defined in the Master data Playbook & associated Standards.

Accountable of the site Master Data quality & Timeliness KPIs

and lead the continuous improvement loop

Provides managerial support to Data Stewards team and contributes to upskilling

Ensures communication between site and Master data BPO through Master Data Community Management
