Defining and managing the digital budget (Capex/Opex)
Leading all the connected global processes and systems
Leading implementation of IT projects
Defining execution approach and masterplan for IT projects
Ensuring funding and line up project team for IT projects
Monitoring execution and planning adherence for IT projects
Ensuring formal handover to operations
Providing first line solution support during operations
Leading the deployment of Smart Factory (incl. GenAI) solutions
Driving locally the technical implementation of Smart Factory solutions
Ensuring adoption and value capture of Smart Factory solutions
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Smart Factory solutions
Ensuring Master Data accuracy
Leading Head of Data & Processes and Data Stewards
Driving standard governance to assess MD accuracy
Providing analytical capabilities to site functions
Developing a pool of Data Analysts
