Must Have
Requires a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Science, extensive experience in pharmaceutical supply chain and manufacturing, and proven leadership experience with large, multi-disciplinary teams. Must possess strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an end-to-end Supply Chain environment, along with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Nice to Have
Experience in product launches and new product introduction is noted. Knowledge of GxP, GDP, planning systems, and regulatory compliance is required.
