Must Have
A degree or equivalent, relevant & established experience., Proven track record of leading large projects in facilities and SHE, managing budgets, and driving innovation.
Nice to Have
Advanced IWFM qualification or comparable certification preferred.
What You'll Do.
Define and drive the strategy
and continuous development of our sites and workplaces.
Lead all aspects of facilities
Health & Environment (SHE).
Foster a culture of collaboration and customer-centric service.
Create an environment that anticipates future needs and enhances the employee and customer experience.
Develop and lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability
and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and mentorship
and support professional development.
Define and drive local workplace strategy in alignment with local and global ambitions.
Participate in the International Real Estate/Facilities Management (RE/FM) portfolio and support corporate initiatives.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure business continuity including local emergency plans.
Ensure compliance with all local and global regulations and maintain necessary ISO registrations
such as Environment (14001)
Health and Safety (45001).
Plan and control repairs and maintenance to ensure high availability of site infrastructure.
Implement Lifecycle Asset Management and define KPIs to measure success.
Drive close communication and collaboration with all site stakeholders
following a "customer first" principle.
Advocate for Roche's position within external industry and government entities.
