What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 10 years in shared services operations, with experience managing APAC operations., problem-solving skills with attention to detail., Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment, in execution and ability to manage multiple priorities, Adaptability and flexibility
Nice to Have
Shared Services set up or transformation experience preferred., ERP exposure will be an advantage.
What You'll Do.
Define and execute the APAC Shared Services strategy
Lead the shared services division operations in Vietnam from multiple functions
Develop service delivery model aligned with global and regional objectives
and cost efficiency across functions
Partner with the regional headquarter in Singapore to align with the delivery of services across this region
Standardize and centralize regional processes
Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives
Drive ERP and workflow transformation projects
Drive digitalisation with the rest of the functions and deliver service quality
and cost optimization
Build high-performance and service-oriented culture
Ensure compliance with APAC local regulations and global policies
Manage budget and cost optimization initiatives
and service efficiency metrics
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment; Partner with the regional headquarter in Singapore to align with the delivery of services across this region; Experience in dealing with regional stakeholder management.
