Lead 5 Senior Operations Managers
Lead 500+ Sanctions Agents globally
Performance manage the team
Drive a high performance culture
Own demand and capacity planning
Ensure enough staff to support customers
Manage service delivery
Ensure customers are not left waiting
Maintain relationships with Compliance
Ensure right structure and processes
Own the plan to develop Sanctions Operations team
Strategic placement of staff
Lead significant cross-team projects
Proactively monitor process controls
Ensure consistent performance
Investigate any irregularity
Maintain relationships with Product
Maintain relationships with Analytics
Maintain relationships with Engineering
Become a subject matter expert
