What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience managing a team of AEs in a high-velocity SaaS environment, 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, track record of coaching reps to quota and career progression, Proven ability to hire and scale high-performing sales teams, Skilled in navigating and closing complex deal cycles, Comfortable with technical products and translating value to both business and technical buyers, Located in the Western US and able to support a distributed team, MUST live in one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, physically located in and have legal authorization to work in the United States, without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization, now or in the future
