What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Senior experience in B2B sales in a leadership position (SaaS), Demonstrable results in scaling sales and achieving revenue goals in a technology or SaaS company, Experience managing the entire revenue cycle – new business, expansion, retention, pricing, analytical and data-driven thinking, Hands-on experience with CRM (ideally Zoho), Hands-on experience with BI tools (Qlik and similar), Hands-on experience with performance management tools, Experience in building and leading sales teams, setting up compensation plans, Fluent Slovak or Czech and English (written and spoken) at a level enabling business negotiations and strategic communication, Willingness to travel according to business needs

Nice to Have

Experience with products in HR-tech, access control, attendance systems, or biometrics, Experience scaling sales in international markets, Experience with pricing strategy and monetization models, Experience defining key objectives and tracking metrics, Experience with a partner / channel sales model

Manage revenue from existing customers

Execute upsell and cross-sell activities

Manage revenue campaigns

Own customer portal (Zoho)

Manage pricing strategy and tiers

Manage commercial terms and contracts

Manage discount policy

Own and develop sales tools (CRM Zoho

Ensure data quality and analysis of sales metrics

Build and manage sales team

Hire and develop sales team

Set up compensation plans

Develop partner network

Cooperate with support and product management

Connect market feedback into product strategy
