Must Have

10+ years’ experience in Sales or Consulting, with a commercial track record, Proven leadership and project management able to define and execute strategy at a local or national level, Motivated to own and grow your own business unit within Deliveroo, Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, Hands-on and proactive — you enjoy being close to the field and involved in day-to-day operations, Creative and solution-oriented, eager to build initiatives that make a real impact, analytical mindset — able to make sound decisions based on data and insights, Able to switch easily between long-term strategic thinking and immediate execution, Highly adaptable and quick to take action, Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, Autonomous and curious, with a appetite to learn about all aspects of Deliveroo’s business and industry to become a true local expert, A great team player, who shares best practices and contributes ideas to help the team thrive, Genuine passion for entrepreneurship, food, and operations, analytical and problem-solving skills, Fluent in French or Dutch, and English
