Own UK enterprise risk management framework
Maintain UK Risk Register
Translate Group risk appetite into UK boundaries
Provide 2nd line oversight
Challenge 1st line risk owners
Act as intelligent client for risk services
Define UK entity requirements from Group Risk
Monitor and challenge Group Risk outputs
Identify gaps in Group Risk delivery
Maintain outsourcing risk assessment for Group Risk
Ensure UK retains local knowledge
Oversee UK ICARA process
Monitor and report market risk
Monitor and report credit risk
Monitor and report counterparty risk
Monitor and report concentration risk
Integrate conduct risk assessment
Oversee operational risk
Oversee business continuity
Oversee IT resilience
Oversee third party risk
Deliver risk MI to UK Board
Deliver risk MI to UK ExCo
Own and maintain KRIs
Prepare risk sections for board packs
Prepare risk sections for regulatory returns
Prepare risk sections for FCA engagement
Critically assess risk MI from Group Risk
Act as primary FCA contact for risk matters
Maintain effective relationships with Group CRO
Collaborate with Head of Compliance
Engage with internal auditors
Engage with external auditors
Ensure timely remediation of findings
